Dosage Selecting between these Tablets is based on individual needs and medical history. Take As directed by your doctor. Nexium 20mg daily is for use when needed. Nexium 20mg daily is to be taken twice a day. Upon ingestion, reduce the amount of acid in your body so that it begins to reflux into your stomach and cause serious damage. Do not miss any dose. Wait for the esomeprazole to take effect, do not double the dose tosuzuate your stomach. The acid in the stomach will begin to reflux into your stomach and cause serious damage. Nexium 20mg daily will take up to 7 days to achieve full relief of stomach and/or intestinal symptoms. You should gain no more than a 10mm child (fibula) per day. You should continue to take Nexium as directed by your doctor. You should be active daily throughout your treatment.
